We produce an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) every year.
The Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) serves a number of purposes including;
- Reporting on development that has taken place in the borough during the year and assessing whether this development meets targets across a number of indicators - on topics including housing, employment, the environment and infrastructure;
- Setting out expectations for future development in the borough;
- Reporting on the Council's progress against its 'Local Development Scheme', a high-level project plan for the production of new planning documents and policies.
The AMR reports on the period between the 1st April and 31st March each year.
