THE BOROUGH OF WELWYN HATFIELD (VARIOUS ROADS, HATFIELD RISE, HATFIELD) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING, PARKING PLACES AND DISABLED BAYS) ORDER 2022

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council) proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce restrictions in Various Roads, Hatfield as specified in the Schedules to this Notice.

 

Full details of the proposals may be viewed at https://www.welhat.gov.uk/parking-consultations, (below) or upon appointment during reception opening hours at Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City from Wednesday 25th May 2022. A copy of the documents can also be sent via post during this period upon request.

Objections to the proposals should be made in writing via post to Durk Reyner, Council Offices, Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6AE OR by email at parkingservices@welhat.gov.uk byThursday 16th June 2022, stating the grounds on which they are made.
